Your Workers First leaders want to support and build a stronger union.  

Workers First will create:

1.  A new 24 hour member hotline

2.  A new online member hub for communication with stewards and other members of Local 89

3.  Manitory Steward Elections in all shops

4.  A new Grievance Settlement lookup system

5.  Timely grievance settlements 

5.  New hiring hall policies (giving all members job opportunities at the local union)
